The Green Technology Award
This award is open to established companies with 10+ full-time employees that have developed a proven technology or process making a positive impact on the environment. Entrants must detail their developed technology or innovation, demonstrate its proven achievements to date, and discuss its potential for broader adoption and future impact. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying particular attention to the criteria listed below.
- Technology Overview: Briefly describe your technology, its purpose, launch date, and key achievements.
- Environmental Impact: Provide data and examples showing how your technology has positively affected the environment, such as reducing emissions or conserving resources.
- Innovation: Explain what makes your technology unique and how it differs from other solutions.
- Scalability: Describe how your technology can grow and its potential for wider adoption across different sectors.
- Commercial Success: Highlight your technology’s market success, including sales, partnerships, and market presence.
- Future Plans: Outline your plans for further development and how you intend to enhance its impact and applications.
- Energy & Carbon Dioxide Savings: Potential for saving energy and carbon dioxide savings
- Water Saving: Potential for saving water
- Effects on Waste / Bio-Diversity: Effects on waste and biodiversity
- Impact: To Date / Potential: Impacts to date and potential impacts
- Innovation Awareness: Public or business awareness of innovation
